This is a very stressful and challenging time for all of us and that’s why it’s important to take a break from everything around us and just be. Join Helena McKinney, mindfulness educator and owner of In Fine Feather Yoga for a 30 minute introduction to mindfulness practices; these are techniques that you can integrate into your everyday living. This session includes some breath work, gentle movement and a guided meditation. This is a well rounded session to improve overall mental health and reduce stress. It will also be accessible for beginners and students of all levels.
